Pointek CLS300 - Standard
The Pointek CLS300 (standard version) is an inverse frequency shift capacitance level and material detection switch offering optional rod or cable configurations with configurable output. Designed for demanding industrial conditions, it reliably detects liquids, solids, slurries, foam, and interfaces even under high pressure and temperature. Its advanced tuning capability effectively compensates for material buildup on the probe.

Applications
The Pointek CLS300 standard version features three LED indicators with basic relay and solid-state switch alarms. Its robust design makes it particularly suitable for heavy solids applications with abrasive materials, such as those found in the mining industry. The fully potted electronics remain unaffected by condensation, dust, or vibration.
Wetted components are constructed from stainless steel with a PFA shield for high chemical resistance, while the high-temperature version uses ceramic and stainless steel. The device accurately detects materials with both low and high dielectric constants. The unique Active Shield technology effectively suppresses interference from material buildup or extended installation nozzles.
The modular design of the Pointek CLS300 offers extensive configuration options, process connections, extensions, and approvals to meet specific application requirements for temperature and pressure. This design simplifies ordering processes and reduces inventory needs. Available probe configurations include both rod and cable versions.
